This is an excellent opportunity for an operations professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction or field service environment.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Service Division
  • Manage incoming service requests and operational workflow
  • Oversee scheduling, technician deployment and field coordination
  • Review estimates, scopes of work and project feasibility
  • Coordinate materials, vendors and project logistics
  • Ensure projects progress efficiently from intake through to invoicing
  • Monitor operational KPIs, response times and department performance
  • Supervise field teams and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Identify process improvements and support the continued growth of the business

What We're Looking For

We're interested in candidates with experience managing service operations, construction operations or field service teams who can confidently lead people, prioritise workloads and keep projects moving.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Experience leading service, construction or field operations teams
  • Strong organisational and operational leadership skills
  • Estimating and project coordination experience
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with service management or CRM platforms such as BuildOps (preferred)
  • Previous experience within the window, façade, glazing or wider construction industry is highly desirable

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Long-term career progression
  • Opportunity to play a key role within a growing specialist contractor
  • Collaborative, team-oriented working environment with direct exposure to senior leadership
