Shift: Monday - Friday 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will support increased customer service operations during a carveout transaction. This role involves handling high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions, supporting order management activities, assisting with system testing and cutover activities, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle 50-70 inbound customer calls per day while providing professional and courteous support.
  • Make 60-80 outbound calls daily related to customer service and operational support activities.
  • Support customer service functions during carveout transition activities, including cutover planning and execution.
  • Re-enter customer orders and scheduling agreements during legal entity changes.
  • Perform manual order entry if automated systems are unavailable.
  • Assist with tender contract retrieval and address book cleanup activities.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate adverse events, product quality complaints, and customer complaints within required timelines.
  • Complete and submit required daily spreadsheets and documentation accurately.
  • Manage data and documentation using internal mailboxes and tracking systems.
  • Adhere to all SOPs, work instructions, federal regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain attendance and phone availability metrics at 90% or higher.
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Above-average computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience supporting order management or customer operations during system transitions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, order entry systems, and spreadsheet reporting.
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
