Job Requirements

This position is responsible for ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and company profitability through customer consultation, technician leadership, service sales and coordination.


Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $102,308-$136,410 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.


Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.


Work Experience
  • Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years experience working with mechanical and/or control systems required.
  • At least 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building sub-systems required.
  • Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc) preferred.Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
