Job description

Premier Cooperative is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Richland Center. This position serves as the first point of contact for our members and customers while supporting the Agronomy, Energy, Grain, and Feed divisions through exceptional customer service, accurate recordkeeping, and administrative support.

What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and provide outstanding service in person and over the phone.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately.
  • Assist customers with questions, product information, and service requests.
  • Support agronomy, feed, grain, and energy operations through order entry and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain customer records, delivery tickets, invoices, and reports.
  • Coordinate communications between customers, drivers, operations staff, and management.
  • Maintain organized files and accurate business records.
  • Support office operations and special projects as assigned.
  • Help promote cooperative products, programs, and services.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn business software systems.
