Insurance Sales Agents work our EXCLUSIVE leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, cross-sell and market to appropriate products. Work with agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. GEICO is an aggressively growing company, our customers come for the savings but stay for our outstanding service! This position is with a GEICO Exclusive Agent.

All candidates will receive an online assessment immediately after applying. Incomplete assessments will not be considered further for this position

Responsibilities

What you would do in this role:

  • Learn the GEICO products and how to sell our benefits to potential customers.
  • Quoting and closing prospect sales leads with superior service.
  • Engaging new prospects and following up on leads.
  • Leads provided by Agent. NO COLD CALLING.
  • Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls.
  • Provideexceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Must be able to work 10:30-5:00 pm Shift Monday- Friday with potential to move to 9-5 after licensing and training completed.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• GA Insurance Producer License Preferred. Employer is willing to pay

expense to obtain the license for the right candidate.

• Highly motivated and self-driven

• Good customer service skills or prior experience

• Strong Attention to detail with time management and decision-making

skills but also described as someone with high energy and driven to be

the best

• High level of dependability

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced and high call center like

environment

• Strong computer, typing and grammar skills

• Multi-tasking skills


Experience and Education:

• Prior sales experience and strong customer service background is

preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred

• Background and credit check required for employment.
