  • Maintain accurate documentation of all borrower communications within the mortgage servicing system.
  • Ensure compliance with CFPB, RESPA, FDCPA, investor guidelines, and applicable federal and state mortgage servicing regulations.
  • Meet or exceed quality, compliance, productivity, customer service, and collection performance goals.
  • Work collaboratively with Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to provide the best possible borrower experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage collections, default servicing, loss mitigation, customer advocacy, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage delinquency, collections, foreclosure prevention, and borrower assistance programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, de-escalate challenging conversations, and negotiate positive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting productivity and regulatory deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with mortgage servicing platforms such as MSP (ICE Mortgage Technology/Black Knight) or similar servicing system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Loss Mitigation referrals, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, or Default Servicing.
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae (FNMA), Freddie Mac (FHLMC), FHA, VA, and Ginnie Mae (GNMA) servicing requirements.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional success, including:
