The Greeter is the service department's first point of contact, responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring a positive first impression. This position supports the service teams by directing customers efficiently and maintaining a professional atmosphere.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers upon arrival
  • Direct guests to appropriate departments or staff members
  • Maintain and organize the service drive
  • Assist with customer check-ins for appointments
  • Support front desk and administrative functions as needed
