We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator / Customer Service Data Processing Assistant who has excellent typing accuracy, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage data entry and customer enquiries efficiently.

As a Data Entry Administrator / Customer Service Data Processing Assistant you will liaise with clients, verify information, handle queries and maintain high-quality records, helping to meet team targets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Data Entry Administrator / Customer Service Data Processing Assistant include:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Upload manual and automated data feeds to internal systems and websites
  • Data Accuracy Checks: Ensure all entered information is correct and up to date
  • Duplicate Checks: Identify and prevent duplicate records within the system
  • Image Management: Approve and organise images received from external contact
  • Information Verification: Contact clients to obtain or confirm missing information
  • Issue Reporting: Report system or website issues to the relevant support teams
  • Customer Support: Respond to enquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
