Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product recommendations and technical support for plumbing supplies and fixtures
• Process sales orders, quotes, returns, and payments accurately
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and trade professionals
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Keep the sales counter and showroom organized and presentable
• Stay informed about product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing or plumbing supply industry.
• Knowledge of plumbing products, fittings, fixtures, valves, and tools
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Forklift certification is a plus (if applicable)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
