Job Overview
The Customer Service Assistant serves as an integral part of the Law Center Copy & Mail team, assisting with all aspects of the campus's mail and copying needs. This position serves as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students in need of assistance with printing needs, mailing, courier, and overnight carrier services. Reporting directly to the Customer Services Supervisor, the role is responsible for providing topnotch copy and mail services and providing any relevant troubleshooting. The position is responsible for operating high-volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, a mail meter, as well as other finishing devices.
Work Interactions
This position reports directly to the Customer Services Supervisor in the Law Center Copy & Mail Center. The incumbent will interact with a wide variety of constituents including Law Center faculty, administrators, staff, and students.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required, as well as strong customer service skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Experience working with high-volume copy machines and postage metering equipment, as well as a variety of post-production finishing devices.
