Job description

The AmeriLux Family of Companies is Hiring! The account manager role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing outstanding support to our clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and resolve them fully
  • Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to anticipate needs and keep the relationship healthy
  • Provide product information, quotes, and order status updates, and follow through until the customer has what they need
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity in the CRM
  • Prepare account and service reports for customers and internal teams
  • Participate in team meetings and training to deepen product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred, not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
