Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service

West Milwaukee, WI, United States

$ 14.00 - 15.00 (US Dollar)

Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service needs 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience

Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service requires:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
  • Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.

Monday - Friday. Eight (8) hour shifts between the hours of 7:55 AM - 5:00 PM.

Overtime may be required

Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service duties:

  • Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
  • Answers questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.
  • Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
