Independence Corrugated, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners and corrugated manufacturing industry leader, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Account Manager in Oak Creek, WI. As a Customer Service Account Manager, you are the liaison between our customers and the plant. You are responsible for receiving and processing material orders directly from customers via telephone, internet, or email in a timely and accurate manner. You will inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by our customers. You will also aid in sustaining operational flow within the plant by supporting our strategies and work standards.

Independence Corrugated requires the following skills and abilities:
  • An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
  • An administrative, business, or management degree is preferred but not required.
  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional and clear written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize one's time effectively.
  • Must be an effective time manager with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology.
