Job description

Operations Manager (Integrator) — Plot Property Group

We're a high-volume real estate investment company in Las Vegas, closing around 100 deals a year, and we're looking for our Integrator — the operations leader who keeps the whole machine running. You won't be closing deals yourself. Your job is to make sure the team that does never gets stuck: clear systems, a clean CRM, tight follow-up, and a weekly rhythm that keeps every deal rolling toward the finish line.

This is the right seat for a systems-obsessed, Swiss-army-knife operator — someone who builds order out of fast-moving complexity and genuinely cares about our mission of helping homeowners sell their properties as-is. You'll take the owner's vision and turn it into plans, processes, and accountability. If you've read Traction and the Visionary–Integrator framework clicked for you, you already understand this role.

You're highly organized, follow through on everything you start, and uphold our values when no one is watching. If you'd rather build the machine than be a cog in someone else's, we want to talk.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Build, document, and maintain standard operating procedures across acquisitions, dispositions, marketing, and back office
  • Administer and optimize our CRM (Left Main REI) — pipelines, automations, follow-up cadences, reporting, and data hygiene
  • Keep the acquisitions and dispositions team on track so every deal keeps moving toward close (this is not a deal-closing role)
  • Run the weekly operating rhythm — manage KPIs, scorecards, and team accountability
  • Execute and maintain marketing operations and our direct-to-agent outreach systems
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and team members to keep projects on schedule
  • Translate the owner's vision into clear plans, timelines, and ownership
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions before they cost the team a deal

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in operations, project management, or a similar implementation-heavy role
  • Strong CRM proficiency and a real aptitude for systems and automation (Left Main REI or comparable platforms a plus)
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A self-starter who builds processes from scratch rather than waiting for direction
  • High integrity and sound judgment, especially when working with sellers in difficult situations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
  • Real estate, investment, wholesale, or fix-and-flip experience a plus
  • Familiarity with EOS/Traction and the Visionary–Integrator framework is a plus

About Company

We are a Las Vegas–based real estate investment company specializing in off-market and distressed properties. We acquire properties directly from sellers and real estate agents, then create value by matching those opportunities with active real estate investors or fixing and flipping.

Our team operates at a high level with a strong emphasis on sales excellence, integrity, accountability, and culture. We move fast, close deals, and focus on maximizing value on every transaction. This role offers significant upside for the right salesperson who wants to build a long-term career in real estate investing.
