Customer Advocate (Hybrid | Mesa, AZ)
Pay: $30/hour
A growing organization in the homebuilding industry is seeking an Associate Customer Advocate to support homeowners and customers throughout the homeownership and construction process.
The ideal candidate combines excellent customer service skills with a basic understanding of residential construction (e.g., load-bearing walls, structural vs. non-structural components, home maintenance priorities). We are looking for a personable, adaptable professional who can evaluate situations, think critically, and provide solutions with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Handle homeowner and customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Process service requests and warranty-related concerns
Support customers throughout the home construction and ownership journey
Monitor and respond to customer communications and online interactions
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
Customer service experience required (banking, hospitality, property management, or similar backgrounds encouraged)
Basic residential construction/home systems knowledge required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Friendly, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
Schedule: Hybrid (1-3 days in office weekly)
