We're looking for a highly organized Project Manager / Project Accounting Coordinator to support commercial HVAC projects from award through project closeout. If you enjoy coordinating multiple projects, working with customers and vendors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Accounting, Vendors, and Customers to ensure every project is delivered successfully while maintaining exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Project Coordination, Project Management, Construction Administration, or Project Accounting experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following industries:
