About the role

As a Customer Operations Representative youare responsible forreviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products, including withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. You will contact external customers and agents toacquirethe necessary information to process therequestedtransactions. Within this role youare responsible forunderstanding federal and municipal tax regulations, the difference between IRA and NQ accounts, and how different requests and products can affect the clientin regardtobeing a taxable event.

  • Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems and preparing or keying checks and wires
  • Collaborate with external customers and agents via telephone or written correspondence

Compensation

Hourly Range:$22.00- $33.95plus eligibility forCompany Annual Bonus
