About the role


The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial activities for our active annuity products; including but not limited to, withdrawals, transfers, beneficiary changes, and account maintenance.

What you will do

  • Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems
  • Handling account maintenance requests such as billing updates and address changes
  • Preparing or keying checks and wires
  • Direct contact with customers and or agents to resolve open issues
  • May cross-train with other teams to provide additional support
  • Complete other projects as assigned

Compensation


Hourly Range: $22.00 - $30.87 plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Effective computer and software skills
  • Capable of following procedures and processes
