Revenue & Operations Associate

Position Summary

The Revenue & Operations Associate provides day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Sales and Operations teams. This role focuses on partner onboarding coordination, contract administration, basic financial operations support, and operational tracking to ensure smooth execution of sales and partner workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable following defined processes while supporting multiple internal stakeholders. This is an execution‑focused role with clear priorities and escalation paths.

Core Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding & Contract Administration (Approx. 35%)

  • Coordinate partner onboarding activities, including contract collection, credit applications, project registration, and account verification
  • Prepare, send, and track DocuSign agreements, including standard contracts and NDAs
  • Ensure contracts are completed accurately and filed in appropriate systems
  • Monitor and manage the Contracts@PointCentral.com inbox
  • Provide contract status updates to Sales and Operations teams

Sales & Financial Operations Support (Approx. 25%)

  • Submit and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure approvals are obtained
  • Coordinate payment requests and route invoices to Accounts Payable
  • Assist with credits, rebates, and refunds by following documented processes
  • Support tax exemption documentation collection and record‑keeping
  • Assist with basic account reviews and escalate discrepancies as needed

Operational Coordination & Logistics Support (Approx. 20%)

  • Coordinate shipping requests for demo equipment, employee systems, and special returns
  • Track shipments and confirm delivery
  • Serve as a coordination point for vendors on order status and documentation
  • Maintain trackers for special orders and logistics requests

Process Documentation & Operational Tracking (Approx. 15%)

  • Maintain existing SOPs and update documentation as processes change
  • Ensure operational trackers, intake forms, and shared documentation are current
  • Own and monitor the OpsRequests@PointCentral.com inbox
  • Log requests, track completion, and escalate issues when needed

Ad Hoc Operational Support (Approx. 5%)

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Operations teams as capacity allows
  • Support special projects with clear scope and timelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort working with multiple teams and following defined processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS, hardware, or technology‑enabled services environment
