What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll create outstanding customer experiences while helping homeowners schedule the HVAC and plumbing services they need.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments

  • Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction

  • Resolve customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism

  • Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details

  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text

  • Work closely with dispatch, service technicians, and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Meet individual and team scheduling and customer satisfaction goals

  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, reception, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable handling multiple calls and tasks throughout the day

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs while speaking with customers

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and customer management software is a plus
