As a Customer Managed Services - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to drive project success.
In this role at PwC, you will deepen your skills with Salesforce applications, providing consulting services that analyze client needs and implement solutions. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
