Job description

1.Develop and construct customer network, be responsible for e-cigarette sales and retail store expansion in its territory

2.Standardize retail store’s operation in its territory, and supervise inventory management, showcase, pricing, product training, materials management, promotion and conveying policy. Improve each store’s sales revenue.   

3.Maximize a single store’s output and make it a flagship benchmark

4.Stay tuned on market’s development and make adjustments to avert averse factors for expansion  

5.Collect feedback from customers and make corrective adjustments  

6.Analyze and compile collected information from competitors and report it to supervisor for decision making

7.Manage personal inventory well. Conduct weekly inventory checks of personal purchase, sales, and inventory data.
