Role Overview

The Senior Solutions Consultant will partner with clients across global markets to design, configure, and implement CORA Loyalty platform capabilities that deliver measurable business value. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role bridges customer business objectives with CORA Loyalty's technology platforms, ensuring implementations maximize standard platform capabilities, follow industry best practices, and support long-term customer success while minimizing unnecessary customization.


As a senior member of the Professional Services organization, this individual will collaborate with clients, Product Management, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Client Success, and Delivery teams across multiple regions to guide customers from discovery through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization.


The ideal candidate combines business consulting expertise, SaaS implementation experience, technical solution design skills, and exceptional client engagement capabilities. This role embraces AI-enabled ways of working, leveraging intelligent tools to improve implementation quality, accelerate delivery, enhance customer engagement, and identify opportunities for customers to benefit from AI-driven capabilities across the CORA Loyalty platform.


Compensation & Role Details:
Expected Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is between $130,000 - $140,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Solution Design

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer business processes, operational requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs leveraging CORA Loyalty platform capabilities while aligning with customer objectives and industry best practices.
  • Recommend implementation approaches that maximize standard platform functionality while minimizing customization.
  • Design global implementation solutions that accommodate regional business processes, localization requirements, regulatory considerations, and operational differences.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and implementation planning.
  • Identify opportunities where AI-enabled platform capabilities can improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Develop solution designs, business process documentation, configuration specifications, integration requirements, and implementation roadmaps.

SaaS Platform Implementation

  • Lead customer implementations from discovery through production deployment across multiple global client engagements.
  • Configure CORA Loyalty platform capabilities to support customer business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to identify product enhancements, implementation improvements, and platform evolution opportunities.
  • Support data migration, integration planning, solution validation, user acceptance testing, training, and production readiness.
  • Guide customers through implementation milestones, organizational readiness, and successful go-live activities.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, implementation planning, knowledge management, and customer communications.
  • Develop reusable implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices that improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency across global implementations.

Client Advisory & Business Consulting

  • Serve as the trusted advisor throughout customer implementation engagements.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, business process reviews, solution demonstrations, and design sessions.
  • Present implementation strategies and solution recommendations to executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Advise customers on industry best practices for loyalty program management, customer engagement, and SaaS platform adoption.
  • Help customers identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled capabilities across the CORA Loyalty platform to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on adoption, optimization, and continuous value realization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with globally distributed Product Management, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and Delivery teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product enhancement requests.
  • Participate in release planning, feature validation, and product roadmap discussions.
  • Share implementation insights that influence future product strategy and platform evolution.

  • 8+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms or complex business applications.
  • Strong experience conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations from discovery through production deployment.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies, customer onboarding, and organizational change management.
  • Experience configuring enterprise software platforms without extensive custom development.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud applications, and data migration concepts.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, consulting, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, business consulting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working within agile product and engineering organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed delivery teams and supporting multinational customers.
