Job description

Be the reason our customers feel taken care of.

At Carolinas Collision Centers, a division of Capital Automotive Group, we know that an accident can turn someone's day upside down. That's why we're looking for a Collision Center Customer Experience Coordinator who can turn a stressful situation into an exceptional experience through compassion, communication, and outstanding service.

As the first face customers see and the voice they trust throughout the repair process, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment, keeping customers informed, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. If you love helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to meet you.

 What You'll Be Doing:

As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll help create a seamless experience from the moment a customer contacts us until they're back on the road.

  • Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and friendly first impression.

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Schedule repair estimates, appointments, and customer drop-offs.

  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process by providing timely updates and setting clear expectations.

  • Coordinate communication between customers, insurance companies, estimators, technicians, and other internal teams.

  • Assist with vehicle check-in, documentation, repair authorizations, and administrative paperwork.

  • Receive customer payments and assist with invoicing as needed.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all documentation is complete and organized.

  • Help keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest.

  • Look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences.

  • Support the collision center team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

 What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or an administrative role required.

  • Automotive, collision center, dealership, or insurance experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.

  • Outstanding communication and people skills.

  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for serving others.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve shared goals.

 What We Offer:

We believe taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our customers.

  • Competitive pay

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid Time Off and paid holidays

  • Employee discounts

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • Opportunities for career advancement throughout Capital Automotive Group

  • A supportive, collaborative, and people-first culture
