Customer service specialist are responsible for communicating with current and potential customers, scheduling, and creating positive experiences for customers. Job Purpose:Provide excellentcustomer service by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems;listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is not a remote position.


Duties:

  • Provides outstanding customer service in the call center or front desk operations; Handles all inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette
  • Attract potential customers when answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information; maintains strict confidentiality of financial and sensitive information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all Window World products and services

Skills/Qualifications:

  • One year of Customer Service Experience preferred
