Overview


State and Liberty is an athletic fit, performance fabric menswear brand that caters to a niche customer base in the ready-to-wear and made-to-measure clothing market. Our mission is to provide those with an athletic build the fit and feel they deserve in their dress clothing. We provide a wide range of clothing but ultimately focus on menโ€™s suiting and shirting.


Position Overview


The Customer Experience Associate role is an exciting entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door at a rapidly growing company with major potential for growth and advancement.


This position offers the chance to work directly with C-suite level executives on a daily basis and serves as a launchpad to move into more specialized roles based on your interests and skill set.


In this role, you will support the Customer Service Manager in all facets of State and Libertyโ€™s customer experience, acting as a key player in creating memorable, revenue-generating, and loyalty-building interactions. Responsibilities include handling VIP customer inquiries, managing custom order logistics and follow-ups, and supporting additional sales initiatives.


Your day-to-day will primarily involve phone and email-based customer service and outreach, as well as coordination with warehouse operations and daily fulfillment activities. Youโ€™ll be an integral part of the team, working cross-functionally and helping to drive the company forward.


You will get to work with an incredibly close knit team of passionate teammates who prioritized the culture above all else. The team is composed of high character individuals who do not take themselves too seriously but are dead serious about their growth, development and the customer experience.
