This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role that requires confidence, strong communication skills, and comfort engaging in consultative sales conversations.Associates guide customers with discretion and professionalism, educate thoughtfully, and work toward sales goals while maintaining store standards. This is not a passive retail role.
