Customer Experience Advisor (Temp-to-Hire)

Full-Time Schedule
Employment Type: Temporary with Opportunity for Direct Hire
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisors to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential to transition into a direct PNM position based on performance and business needs.
The role is ideal for those with a passion for assisting customers with their energy needs while strengthening and building relationships through helping customers to find ways to save energy and money. Customer Experience Advisors deliver a personalized and caring experience - they anticipate, adapt, and resolve customer needs with the goal of exceeding expectations. Customer Experience Advisors are experts who appreciate our customers and, each other, every day.
REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or GED with two to three years of related/applicable experience (e.g. customer service, collections, etc), or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline.
  • For customer service functions that require driving a company vehicle, must have a valid drivers license in state of residence and meet company's current driving record requirements.
