About the job Client Experience Advisor
Role Overview
We are currently expanding our team and inviting applications for a Client Experience Advisor position. In this role, you'll assist individuals as they organize upcoming travel plans by helping coordinate arrangements, sharing helpful updates, and supporting a smooth planning process from start to confirmation.
This remote opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to positive client experiences while building professional coordination skills. Training resources and ongoing support are available to help you get started successfully.
Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and important planning details
  • Assist with coordinating trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Provide progress updates regarding reservations and scheduling timelines
  • Help review destination and package options using approved supplier platforms
  • Respond to questions through email, phone, and secure messaging channels
  • Maintain accurate coordination notes and client records
  • Participate in onboarding activities and continued learning sessions
