Job description

Job Requirements

The Business Development Manager Engineered Systems drives new revenue growth by developing and securing business across emerging and adjacent markets for Stark Techs compression and pump skid solutions. This role expands Stark Techs presence by creating new opportunities, engaging early in project lifecycles, influencing equipment specifications, and delivering engineered solutions aligned to customer and project requirements.


Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $93,007-$124,009 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.


Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.


Work Experience
  • Five (5) to Eight (8) years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineered systems sales within industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets, required.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience developing new business opportunities and managing long-cycle, project-based sales, required.
  • Experience working with engineering firms, EPC contractors, or industrial end users, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams, required.
