We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Customer Service Manager to help lead our Front End team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting daily operations and developing team members.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Front End operations and ensure fast, friendly service
  • Supervise and support cashiers and office staff
  • Step in as Manager-on-Duty for the Front End when needed
  • Help drive sales, control costs, and reduce shrink
  • Train, coach, and recognize team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Manage scheduling and ensure proper coverage
