Job description

Barrett’s Landscape & Construction is seeking a driven, organized, and relationship-focused New Contract Sales Representative to develop, estimate, propose, and close new commercial landscape maintenance contracts throughout the South Puget Sound region.

This position is built for a true business development professional: someone who enjoys meeting property managers, HOA board members, commercial owners, facility managers, and decision-makers; can build a consistent sales pipeline; and understands that long-term contract growth comes from professional follow-up, accurate scopes, clear communication, and earning trust.

Our primary target markets include commercial office properties, Class A business parks, medical office buildings, retail centers, HOAs, multifamily communities, apartment complexes, hospitality properties, and other professionally managed commercial sites. Municipal and government opportunities may also be developed as the position grows.

This is a full-time, exempt sales position reporting to the General Manager.
