Location: Auburn, WA | Seattle-Tacoma Market

Compensation: $100,000 First-Year Base + 1% Commission on New Sales

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive new business and expand FLOFORM's presence throughout the Seattle-Tacoma market.

The Opportunity

This is a true business development and sales role focused on identifying new opportunities, winning new accounts, and growing revenue.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of bringing in new business, be highly comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting, and have the ability to develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, cabinet companies, designers, architects, and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and increase market share.
  • Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, email, and industry relationships.
  • Identify decision-makers and develop new customer relationships.
  • Present FLOFORM products, services, and capabilities to prospective customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
  • Grow and maintain key customer accounts.
  • Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
  • Represent FLOFORM professionally throughout the Seattle-Tacoma market.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and generating revenue.
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in construction, building materials, countertops, cabinetry, remodeling, or commercial sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

First Year: $100,000 base salary + 1% commission on new sales

After Year One: Transition to a performance-based sliding commission structure, with increased commission percentages based on sales performance and continued revenue growth.

This position is designed to reward results and new business development.

Role Focus

This position is focused on sales, business development, and account growth. It does not include installation scheduling, project scheduling, or Countertop GO scheduling responsibilities.
