Business Development Manager Location:

Hopewell, PA; Reading, PA; Trenton, NJ or Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively prospect for new business accounts and manage the full cycle sales process.
  • Meet with new customers and evaluate current transportation needs. Identify sales solutions and negotiate new competitive rates with clients.
  • Exceed sales goals within assigned territory and maintain customer satisfaction with current book of business.
  • Travel to new and existing customer base weekly to maintain account management.
  • Conduct sales presentations to customer owners and senior executive teams.
  • Network on social media to obtain customer referrals and to promote PGT Trucking.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have transportation experience to be considered.
  • Must be a hunter who strives to close new business.
  • Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to travel.
