Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Primary consideration will go to local candidates, however, consideration may be given to candidates that are open for relocation or who are available to work in the Northville, MI area.

SUMMARY:ย ย ย ย ย  This position is responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with targeted clients and accounts.ย  Developing and implementing strategy, sales plan, and forecasts for overall business development, sales, account management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ย ย ย ย ย  Generate and develop added-value business with existing clients to meet specified production goals.

ย ย ย ย ย  Manage consistent growth within particular client base.

ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain and develop client relations for new and larger established existing clients, assuring existing clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.

ย ย ย ย ย  Develop customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, warm calls, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.

ย ย ย ย ย  Engage in both a domestic and international sales focus.

ย ย ย ย ย  Seek and create opportunities to expand business with current clients identifying further business needs and present solutions.

ย ย ย ย ย  Grow existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long-term basis.

ย ย ย ย ย  Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepare post-event reports analysis.

ย ย ย ย ย  Regularly interact with executive and major clients.

ย ย ย ย ย  Analyze existing and anticipated client needs and promote company services to meet client's requirements.

ย ย ย ย ย  Formulate the overall objectives and strategy to develop a high-value relationship within all areas.

ย ย ย ย ย  Understand prospective client's culture, product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, investment plan, organization structure, and key decision makers.

ย ย ย ย ย  Function as liaison between client companies and operation staff.

ย ย ย ย ย  Negotiate contract and work agreements.

ย ย ย ย ย  Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager.

ย ย ย ย ย  Travel 50-75% of the time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.

ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum of 7- 10 years related experience or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ย ย ย ย ย  Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills.

ย ย ย ย ย  Working knowledge of industry product information (i.e. Rubber, Seals, Lubricants, Braking, Fuel Deliver, Battery Cooling, Automotive, Aerospace).

ย ย ย ย ย  Experience in domestic and international sales.

ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.

ย ย ย ย ย  Expertise in expanding senior level management at large customers.

ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills.

ย ย ย ย ย  Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

ย ย ย ย ย  Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

ย ย ย ย ย  Strong interpersonal skills.

ย ย ย ย ย  Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, SAP, IQS, ERP Systems, Email, Phone, Fax/Scan.
