Job description

Location: United States (Remote) | Travel Across North America (up to 40%)
Reports To: Head of Business Development

improve asset management, and prevent costly failures. Since 2016, Aganova has inspected more
than 3,000 miles of pipeline worldwide and helped save millions of gallons of water.

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to accelerate
growth across the U.S. and Canadian water utility markets. The successful candidate will lead
strategic customer development, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with
utilities, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business opportunities with municipal water utilities and engineering consultants.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract award.
  • Present Aganova's leak detection and condition assessment technologies.
  • Support RFP, RFQ and public procurement processes.
  • Represent Aganova at conferences, trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customer-focused technical proposals.
  • Expand strategic partnerships and market presence across North America.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of business development or technical sales experience in the water sector.
  • Knowledge of water distribution systems, asset management and NRW programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada.
