A Customer Development Specialist is responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding our client's services and products. Your ultimate goal is to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between our client and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends

• Determine product demand and customer awareness
