About the Role

We're hiring Account Executives to own the full sales cycle and drive new business across North America. You'll prospect, run discovery, deliver demos, negotiate, and close, owning your number and your territory end to end.

This is a hunter role for closers who treat sales as a craft

What You'll Own
  • Full-cycle sales: from first outreach to signed contract
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries
  • Running discovery calls and product demos that surface real business pain
  • Negotiating commercial terms and driving deals to close
  • Forecasting accurately and managing your pipeline in our CRM
  • Collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to grow our customer base
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of full-cycle SaaS or services sales experience with a documented track record of hitting quota (top 20% of your team a strong plus)
  • A genuine hunter mentality you generate pipeline, you don't wait for it
  • Comfort owning the close: discovery, demo, negotiation, signature
  • Competitive drive and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Strong discovery skills and natural curiosity about customer businesses
  • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Coachability and a 1%-better-every-day mindset
  • Tech fluency: Pipedrive or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, track record matters more
$180,000 - $210,000 a year
  • Base salary: $80,000-$95,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
  • OTE: $180,000-$210,000 USD
  • Commission: uncapped, paid as a percentage of new MRR closed, with accelerators above quota
  • Trigger: commission is earned when the customer activates (deposit collected and subscription started)
  • Payouts: monthly commission payouts following activation
  • Clawback: 45-day refund window, if a customer refunds or disputes within 45 days of activation, commission is recovered.
  • After 45 days, commission is locked in and yours to keep.

  • PTO: 24 days per year
