Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to deliver an outstanding customer experience while converting incoming calls into scheduled service appointments. You will manage customer interactions, coordinate scheduling, maintain accurate records, and support revenue growth through excellent customer service and follow-up.

• Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, unsold estimates, maintenance reminders, and membership opportunities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including:
o Booking rate
o Call quality scores
o Membership sales
o Cancellation rate
o Customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or inside sales experience.
