Schedule: Part Time, including weekends and evenings

Starting Wage:

  • $18.90 - $20.91 per hour, plus tips

As a Budtender for Evergreen Market, you will provide a high level of customer service to every customer, assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning, and develop positive relationships with customers, teammates, and managers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Deliver the best possible service and attention to all customers.
  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business.
  • Understand the importance of and embrace diversity in the workplace.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be available to operate the cash register regularly for transactions.
  • Partner with co-workers to keep the store neat and clean
  • Other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Customer Service Mindset.
  • High level of accuracy regarding cash handling and tendering transactions.
  • Relentlessly curious about the cannabis customer and their world.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to: (with or without accommodation)
    • Lift, Cary, Push or Pull up to 30lbs
    • Stand for extended periods of time (8 hour shifts)
  • Willing to participate in our (illegal) drug testing program.
