Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a great company in Mesa, AZ that is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (Bilingual in Spanish/English) to join the team. This is an onsite position Monday through Friday. Pay range is $18.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact customers both inbound and outbound.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and emails with customers.
  • Guide customers through the order processing and product details.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Deescalate calls as needed
  • Translate bilingual Spanish calls and written emails to Spanish/English
  • Assist with outbound calls for follow-ups.
  • Customer account management and verification of information.
  • Process payments accordingly and provide receipt via email to the customer
  • Assist with any troubleshooting tier one support for the customer.
  • Support special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or call center experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare industries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
