About AvaHR - We are a hiring software aimed to support and help small businesses located around the United States. Our clients are growing SMBs. They're typically between 10-200 employees in size. Most of them struggle with knowing where or how to post jobs and attract great candidates. We help them organize and distribute their jobs. AvaHR recently won Arizona's Innovation Challenge and continues to bring value-driven software to support growth within the SMB space. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including account and territory planning.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance customer experience and contribute to the organization during client transitions by participating in post-delivery support and other customer services activities.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role within customer success sectors.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Deep passion for customer success and a track record of reducing churn and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships.
