Job Summary

We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Intern to work 15–20 hours per week supporting our marketing operations. You’ll help track, analyze, and optimize B2B marketing performance across the TTG family of companies — keeping our marketing data clean, supporting performance dashboards, and surfacing insights that help us convert leads into pipeline revenue.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • List building & segmentation: Pull and refine contact lists in HubSpot to support email marketing campaigns across the TTG family of companies.
  • Email marketing support: Assist with day-to-day email marketing work in HubSpot, including building sends, reviewing performance, and helping construct automated email workflows.
  • Prospecting support in Apollo: Work in Apollo.io to research, enrich, and organize prospect and account data for campaigns.
  • Data cleaning: Audit and clean lead and contact data to keep our marketing database accurate and campaign-ready.
  • Forms & lead capture: Create and update forms in HubSpot, making sure incoming leads capture the right source data and route correctly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current student or recent graduate pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Excel familiarity: Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel — experience with formulas or pivot tables is a plus, but we’ll help you build these skills on the job.
  • HubSpot familiarity: Coursework, certification, or hands-on exposure to HubSpot — even from a class project or the free HubSpot Academy courses.
  • Detail-oriented: A sharp eye for errors and inconsistencies, especially in large data sets.
  • Curiosity & communication: A genuine interest in how marketing drives business growth, and the ability to explain data findings clearly to non-analysts.

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Salesforce exposure is a plus (we run a HubSpot–Salesforce hybrid stack).
  • Familiarity with general B2B marketing concepts (lead funnels, email campaigns, ABM).
  • Interest in industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with a modern B2B martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, BI tools).
  • Exposure to multi-brand marketing operations, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
  • Direct mentorship from an experienced marketing operations team.
  • Portfolio-ready work: dashboards, analyses, and reporting used by company leadership.

Work Environment & Culture

  • Collaborative: You’ll work closely with marketing and sales/business development teams to solve tracking problems and share insights that inform real decisions.
  • Fast-paced: We test and launch campaigns quickly across multiple brands, so you’ll see real-time data adjustments and dynamic marketing strategy in action.
  • Real ownership: Your work feeds directly into leadership-facing reporting — the dashboards and data you maintain get seen and used.
