Position Overview: A growing Allstate agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being part of a supportive team environment.

As a Customer Account Representative, you will assist customers with their insurance needs, help maintain strong client relationships, and support the day-to-day operations of the agency.
