Duties include indoor and outdoor work, not limited to washing and cleaning desks, tables, chairs, cabinets, inside windows, white boards, walls, baseboards, doors, and moving boxes. There is a minimum expectation that the employee can lift and carry 30lbs.
It is anticipated that employees will be scheduled to work from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. However, hours are subject to change. The Director of Buildings and Grounds is open to discussing individual needs for
flexible shifts and hours. There is no guarantee of a predetermined schedule or number of hours.
The district intends on employing individuals to serve on a crew in any district building. Priority will be given to current employees of the district currently serving in 9- or 10-month positions or candidates that have previous, successful experience.
