Children's Creative Corner is a family owned Child Care & Learning Center dedicated to the growth and well-being of children. We have a great reputation in the neighborhood and serve families in the Naperville and Lisle area.

We are searching for an amazing Child Care Curriculum Director to join our team of passionate staff as we work together to build strong relations with children, families and make a difference.

The Child Care Curriculum Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the educational program in a child care center while ensuring it supports children's development and meets licensing and accreditation standards.

The Child Care Curriculum Director typical duties will include:

  • Develop and maintain age-appropriate curriculum for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-kindergarten classrooms.
  • Train, mentor, and support teachers in curriculum implementation and effective teaching practices.
  • Observe child development and classrooms regularly, providing coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
  • Review lesson plans to ensure they are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Select and organize educational materials, books, and classroom resources.
  • Coordinate curriculum calendars, special events, and enrichment activities.
  • Communicate with families about curriculum, child progress, and educational goals.
  • Stay current on early childhood education research, best practices, and state regulations.
  • Work closely with the center director to support program goals, staffing needs, and professional development.
