Job Description:
Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to support and enhance the academic excellence of our classrooms. This leadership role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and supporting the Kids ‘R’ Kids proprietary curriculum while also assisting with front desk operations and family engagement as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the Kids ‘R’ Kids curriculum across all age groups

  • Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom structure, and instructional strategies

  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and coaching

  • Ensure curriculum implementation aligns with Kids ‘R’ Kids standards, licensing, and accreditation requirements

  • Assist with assessments, documentation, and portfolio development

  • Collaborate with leadership to support professional development and ongoing training

  • Serve as a curriculum and family resource for staff and parents

  • Support front desk operations, including family communication and administrative tasks

  • Conduct parent tours and assist with enrollment follow-up when needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior Kids ‘R’ Kids curriculum experience is highly preferred

  • Front desk management and parent tour experience preferred

  • Flexible Schedule

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education

  • Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

  • Previous leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

  • CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

  • Must meet all state licensing requirements
