The Airports Learning Curriculum Developer responsible for coordinating, curating, and integrating Airport training content across all delivery platforms. Reporting to the Manager Airport Policies & Procedures, they act as a key liaison between Airport Standards, Airports Training, and Curriculum Development. This role ensures that updates to Airports policies, procedures, and standards are accurately disseminated to the active Airport Team Members population and reflected consistently in all training materials.

By maintaining tight alignment between manuals, courseware, and regulatory submissions, this position helps ensure that training associated with proposed policy and procedure changes is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Here's what you'll do
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Airports Training, Airports Standards, and the Curriculum Development team for Airports-related content.
  • Partner with the Airports SME to ensure courseware, CBTs, instructor guides, assessments, and training forms accurately reflect the current SOM.
  • Track, interpret, and integrate SOM revisions and procedural updates into all applicable training materials.
  • Ensure changes to Airports policies and procedures are clearly communicated and disseminated to the active Airports Team Members group.
  • Conduct curriculum development to support content build-outs while ensuring Airports operational accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Support FAA submissions by ensuring training content tied to proposed or approved manual changes is complete, accurate, and delivered within required timelines.
  • Maintain version control and consistency across Airports training documentation and materials.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or misalignment between manuals and training content and proactively drive resolution.
  • Deliver instruction on new or updated content as needed to validate accuracy, ensure it fits within the class footprint and instructor time constraints, and confirm the material is clear, practical, and well-understood.
Here's what you'll need to be successfulMinimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Airports training, Airports standards, or Airports Team Members operational roles within a Part 121 environment, or comparable experience applying adult learning principles in a collegiate, academic, or professional training environment.
  • Experience working within FAA-approved training programs, including support of revisions submissions, or validation activities.
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems and adult learning principles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent content updates while maintaining accuracy, version control, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain current Breeze Airways Airports Team Members Certification
  • Experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) professionally for training, Quality Assurance, and data reporting
  • High-performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
