Basic Requirements

At least 5 years of experience editing, writing, designing, and developing instructional materials.
At least 5 years of experience in courseware, curriculum, training, or technical documentation development and design.
Experience managing course or curriculum development projects from end to end.
Ability to manage the full learning lifecycle, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery support, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development practices.
