Job Title: Development Project Manager

Type: Direct Hire
Contractor Work Model: Remote within division office locations / hybrid work environment
Responsibilities:
  • Manage development projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.
  • Coordinate civil engineering consultants, geotechnical consultants, potholing consultants, and other development vendors.
  • Oversee site development activities while also managing broader project development responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with division offices and cross-functional teams to support project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met across multiple active developments.
  • Review development plans, reports, and consultant deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve project issues related to site development, permitting, and coordination.
  • Maintain communication with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support continuous project flow and operational efficiency across development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant development/project management experience required.
  • Experience managing development or site development projects in commercial, retail, or land development environments.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering coordination, permitting, and construction processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with external consultants and cross-functional internal teams.
