Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for interior design, and an appreciation for creating inviting, well-curated spaces? If so, the Interiors & Curation Ambassadorship may be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for a current resident of Rambler Columbus to be hands-on with the property throughout the week to uphold LV Collective's design standards.

As an Interiors & Curation Ambassador, you'll play a key behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the aesthetic, atmosphere, and aroma of the Rambler Columbus brand. This position offers the opportunity to strengthen your interior design skills, sharpen your attention to detail, and manage property expectations.

As the Rambler Columbus Interiors & Curation Ambassador, you will be essential in sustaining the property's aesthetic appeal and ambiance, ensuring every detail reflects Rambler's standards. You'll help create a welcoming environment for residents, prospects, and high-priority tours by curating the look and feel of our community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Styling: Regularly fluff and arrange soft furnishings such as pillows, cushions, and throws to maintain a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
  • Music Management: Keep designated areas lively and enjoyable by ensuring music is always on and at the proper volume.
  • Ambiance Control: Safely light candles to enhance the environment and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for high-priority tours.
  • Product Management: Promptly identify and report any broken or missing items, and efficiently order replacements to uphold the integrity of the space.
  • Regular Maintenance: Complete beginning- and end-of-week checklists to assess and address maintenance or decor needs, ensuring the property remains pristine.
  • Social Media Deliverables: Capture high-quality photos and videos highlighting interior design features, amenity spaces, and curated environments across the property.
  • Weekly Check-Ins: Observe and assess the atmosphere, energy, and activity level in each space, noting trends or patterns.

This position requires an active lease at Rambler Columbus for the 2025-2026 lease term.

Requirements

  • Current resident at Rambler Columbus for the 2025-2026 lease term who can dedicate 5-8 hours a week to keeping the property up to brand standards.
  • In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Fashion, Design, or related fields of study.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • A keen eye for aesthetics
  • Exceptional communication skills
